It contained all the properties in and around our rural area that had recently been sold or that were still on the market, and Mark could discuss why a house sold quickly or why it remained unsold. We were very comfortable talking to Mark, he had great ideas regarding marketing and even on what we needed to do to prepare our property for sale. The result was a buyer who was willing to pay a price we were mutually comfortable with prior to the property going to market. In our opinion, Mark is an agent that you cannot afford, not to contact when selling a property in the Orange, Molong and surrounding areas.
