She went out of her way to arrange access outside of normal inspection time and even arranged for the builders to meet us and give us access and answer our questions. I don't believe Kim had a very sound knowledge of the house apart from its obvious floorpan, and neither do I think the selling process was transparent or the advertising accurate so that I had a good understanding of the quality of house I was buying. A real estate agent sets the standard for a selling/buying process, and a quality agent will use their influence to ensure a good process and experience for both parties. As a buyer I feel very shortchanged by the way the house was left for me to move into - it had not been cleaned properly, rubbish left for me to deal with regardless that I had specifically requested these things to be attended to; Things in the house that appear to be ok are actually falling apart, and there is even a blocked drain. So no, I wouldn't recommend this agency, or use them myself again; Overall for me as buyer, a very shabby experience.
