We dealt with 3 other agents from two other real estates before we met Kim. The other agents were rude, refused to present our offers and were just pushing to sell not caring about what we wanted. Kim knew what we wanted and didn’t push us to view this house. We fell in love with it and the process was very simple. I have already recommended Kim to others and if we ever sell and buy again will be using her. I know agents are meant to look after the seller but I like an agent to also look after me the buyer as one day I will be a seller.

When I first asked to inspect the property at Franklin, Kim met me onsite at a convenient time. I liked the place, so I wanted to discover as much as I could during my inspection and Kim was helpful with regard to structural and historical aspects of the property. I enjoyed talking with her as she shared her local knowledge with an emphasis on the Huon Valley community, which was helpful for a new arrival to the district. From there Kim accompanied me through all the stages of the process; meeting the previous owners over lunch, encouraging me to arrange a building inspection, working alongside my chosen conveyancer to ensure that the key was ready to pick up on settlement, and then following up with a courtesy call to see how I was settling in. Perhaps I have been a tad harsh in awarding only 4 stars for the 'negotiation' section included in this review, but that's just me wanting something more. In truth, I am happy with the purchase price and respect that the vendors had clear and realistic parameters for negotiation, which Kim handled in a fair and professional manner. For these reasons I would not hesitate to recommend Kim.
