Having been introduced to Tracey as the best person to sell my Investment Property - I was pleased to see how she has stepped in and dealt with a very difficult (and extremely messy) existing tenant. Tracey co-ordinated efforts for trades to complete work - and got me an offer on the property within 3 days - and when this fell through due to the condition of the property was able to find an alternative within a couple of days of that. Despite my concerns of another lost sale - Tracy has been amazing through out and made this whole process so much less painful than it could have been and has supported and guided me through every step of the process and managed to keep the tenant in check (which in itself was no mean feat!). I honestly cannot recommend Tracey highly enough - both for the professional and caring way she has dealt with me and also for the contacts she has for marketing the property.
