An outstanding real estate sales professional!

My partner and I interviewed representatives from several real estate agencies before accepting the marketing proposal presented to us by Fiona on behalf of Tracy Yap Realty. Being a resident in our area, Fiona was fully conversant with what our community had to offer potential buyers. Having achieved a recent sale in our complex meant that she was across the positives that she could highlight to promote our unit. Following her inspection of our unit, Fiona offered some constructive suggestions that she felt would enhance the look and feel of the property. We then sat down with Fiona as she outlined what she felt was the best way to market the property, the timeframe and who she felt was the likely demographic. Fiona's warm and friendly approach when guiding us through her marketing plan was very reassuring. We agreed on a 5-week marketing campaign leading to an on-site auction. The property was to be open for 30 minutes each Wednesday and Saturday. After each "open house", Fiona would promptly send us information about each prospective purchaser and then make follow-up calls to assess buyer interest. Fiona's excellent communication skills left us feeling confident that our unit was being presented to potential buyers in a very professional manner. About 10 days before the scheduled auction, we met with Fiona to consider the best way to move forward. Fiona had 3 interested parties who had made offers on our unit - two of which were in the "ballpark". Fiona suggested that she would contact everyone who had taken a copy of the sale contract and ask each to submit their best and final offer by a designated time. Fast forward. Fiona, using her excellent negotiation skills, was able to deliver an unconditional buyer, at a satisfactory sale price on agreed settlement terms. Fiona then oversaw the contract exchange keeping us fully informed during the process. My partner and I were delighted with the outcome. Bravo Fiona and thank you!
