Honest, reliable, and made selling a very easy process

I sold my unit in Macquarie Park through Danny Yap at Tracy Yap Realty and was very happy with the service provided. Danny always has your best interests in mind and acts in good faith. When I approached him about selling my property, he gave honest feedback about both the property and the state of the market. He was also able to provide an accurate price range based on current market conditions. He made the process of preparing and listing the property very easy. My solicitor and I requested some changes to the agency agreement, and these were accepted without fuss. In the past, similar requests with other agencies had involved difficult negotiations, even before going to market. Once the property was listed, Danny provided weekly feedback reports following open house inspections via both email and WhatsApp. The email reports gave valuable insights into what potential buyers were thinking, while the WhatsApp updates were sent on the day and provided a quick summary of how each inspection went. He also communicated clearly whenever important decisions needed to be made. Despite challenging market conditions and rising interest rates, Danny was able to negotiate a strong sale price for us. He is professional and dependable, and I felt comfortable leaving the marketing and negotiation decisions in his hands. He was always responsive on WhatsApp and email, and would promptly return calls. I was particularly impressed that he took the time to message me even while on holiday on the day of settlement. I highly recommend Danny if you are selling in the North Shore area of Sydney.
