It was a pleasure to work with Lawrence. He is very efficient, got the property on the market with in few days and had a buyer by the end of the week. Unfortunately that sale fell through but he had a another buyer the very same day at the same price. I was extremely happy with the price which was 90K over the estimate from another agent who also told me it wasn’t a good time to sell and should wait 6mths. Lawrence was adamant he could sell it quickly and he delivered on his promise. Absolutely recommend Lawrence to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.
