Phil sold the property in under 10 days at a price we were happy with. Phil, in a very friendly manner, managed multiple offers and got us to where we wanted to be. Every thing he and the Company said about the process bore fruition

Great advice, great service, great price, what more could you want.
Phil Petrie has been there for us from start to finish on our recent house sale. Before we built, Phil appraised the land and the plans to ensure that the property we were proposing wasn’t over capitalising for the location. We then spoke with Phil as our plans changed and he gave us sound advice on market trends and when to sell to achieve the best price for the property. We trust Phil, so we followed his advice and listed the property accordingly. With Phil’s endless hard work and feedback on how we could improve the presentation of the property, we achieved a price that we are more than happy with. Phil now feels more like part of the family then a real estate agent. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
