Welcome to Tribe Property Co. We are a passionate team of Real Estate Agents selling properties on the Gold Coast. We specialise in helping sellers secure a premium price for their property. Over the last 10 years we have worked with hundreds of Gold Coast property owners. Often achieving record prices for the sale of their property. And during that time, we have noticed that our sellers face 3 common challenges. Firstly, they are not sure on the best way to get their property ready to maximise the price they achieve. Small tweaks can make a massive difference. Second, they are time poor and overwhelmed. Many of our clients are busy professionals and they want assistance to prepare for their sale. About us

Hi I’m Nicola Buchanan. I am a Real Estate Agent, Interior Designer, Marketing Expert and Principal at Tribe Property Co. My focus is on helping sellers achieve a premium price for their property. With a degree in Marketing and a Diploma in Interior Design, plus years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I've worked with hundreds of property owners, often setting record sale prices. I have always lived by the mantra “that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” (thank you Maya Angelou for this wonderful insight) At Tribe Property Co. I’m proud that our primary focus is on our clients – sellers, buyers, investors and tenants – and that our success is measured not only in the financial success of the transaction we broker – but on the positive experience our clients have when working with us. I am blessed to have a great work/life balance with 3 grown children to keep me on my toes, and a wonderful (and very patient) husband of over 20 years. I am honoured to be a committee member for Women of Influence – a not-for-profit group running engaging business events whilst raising money for charity.

10/10 Selling Performance

Nicola, is confident & knows the Benowa market exceptionally well. We had the property on the market previously with a different agent & after 90 days moved to Tribe & Nicola. Nicola had it Sold in 2 weeks & the price was as promised. Nicola also arranged & paid a painter herself to patch up and re-paint some minor repairs so the incoming owner received a perfect product. Her communication through the process was 1st class. Highly Recommend Nicola & Tribe. FYI - I’m an experienced Purchaser & Seller.

Incredibly impressed and very grateful

Beyond Nicola selling our house — she went above and beyond in every way possible. Brilliant!!

Nicola was absolutely wonderful to deal with in the sale of our Apartment. Because Tribe owned the management rights to Vantage Apartments, we knew she’d be the best fit for getting the best price and fast sale.
