Hassle Free
It was a pleasure to sell with Nicola from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much trouble and her suggested solicitor was equally as good. The handover went without a hitch even though we weren't in the country. So much confidence in letting her handle keys and the like in our absence. Highly recommended sums it up. Thanks Nicola !!!

Nicola did an excellent job selling my apartment. It was tenanted at the time, and she handled the tenant negotiations with care and professionalism. She also helped coordinate repairs after the pest and building inspection, which made the process so much easier for me. Very helpful, proactive, and great to work with from start to finish.
