Excellent work from Jonathan Tringas
We found Jonathan to have such a wealth of knowledge at such a young age. We were very impressed with him, always updating us with real estate market and advising us what steps to take to make the sale. Property Management and Property Sale
Nick Tringas has managed our property from when we purchased it and leased it out through to when we ultimately sold it. The tenant turned out to be troublesome and Nick helped us manage the situation without any burden on myself. Nick ensured that our property was restored to its original state by personally taking on the eviction process, the insurance claim that followed and the building works required. He minimized the financial loss and shielded us from all the administrative process involved. After restoring the property to better than original state he then found a buyer and ensured we received a return on the original investment that far exceeded our expectations. Nick definitely went the extra mile as a management agent and selling agent and ensured my property produced maximum yield. I have no hesitation in recommending Nick to find property, manage the property and if needed ultimately sell property. He treats his client's property as his own. Thank you Nick and good luck.

Best Property Agent at Brighton Le Sands
Nick is phenomenal agent, very welcoming and friendly. He is the reason I am buying this property. Nick has made me buy this property at least $300K over my expectation/budget but I don't regret it at all because he has guided me with his great knowledge of the area and the property. Nick was easy to contact and helpful in every aspect. Besides his customer service, Nick went above and beyond and singlehandedly saved our house purchase from falling through due to a difficult seller and everyday changing loan situations. 100% recommend the good estate agents, were professional and prompt from start to finish.
