Efficient, responsible, fantasically good at the job
I wasn't exactly sure about selling during lockdown as everything needed extra effort and amount of time to attend to since I was overseas. I handed everything over to Tracy and surprisingly within 2 weeks I heard back from her about an offer higher than I expected. Couldn't be more happy about the price and the fact that the whole process was taken less than 1 month

Extraordinary outcome as promised!
It was truly jaw dropping when I heard about the offer that landed my property at the highest sold in the suburb in 4 years since 2017. Tracy did such a terrific job as an agent - good communication and presentation skills and the way she handled things screamed professonalism and rich in knowledge of what she does. I highly recommend her to be your agent if you want a hassle-free experience

Patient, friendly and attentive service
Tracy was very patient and attentive throughout the inspection and buying process and answered all my questions (apart from some areas she may not have been aware of). Her composure and demeanour made me feel comfortable dealing with her (especially in a market where there are not many agents with such good qualities). I could not thank her enough during and after the process. She was great! Highly recommend Tracy for anyone seeking a patient and professional agent for their next transaction.
