Tropical Property Mission Beach was esteblished in 2010 after Susie developed a comprehensive business plan designed to offer the Cassowary Coast a unique property service company. Tropical Property offers a "Whole of Life" relationship for you and your property and the benefit for you is more options. Because we do it all: buy, sell, rent, strata and holiday management, we can be the only partner you'll need for the long term. With a 25 year corporate background in the fields of sales, human resources, event management and international banking, Susie has been actively involved in the Mission Beach property and real estate industry since 2005. Her ambition is to provide a unique and full service package for clients, one which can provide services for the life of their investment. Susie has also been involved in the community for many years, has presided over the personal development of young girls in Mission Beach as District Manager for Girl Guides. She was Secretary & Treasurer of the Management Committee for MARCS Park, which housed the key sporting, arts and community events and was the main recreational area for the Mission Beach community. She is a regular helper with Meals on Wheels, a member of Mission Beach Rotary, the Cassowary Coast Business Women's Network and Mission Beach Business & Tourism. Having lived in Sydney, Canberra and traveled extensively, Susie and her family chose Mission Beach after looking at every coastal town on the eastern seaboard. They love living in Mission Beach and introducing more and more people to this fantastic coastal lifestyle.

Easy, clear and excellent communication with the agent throughout.

Very helpful always punctual and very good with communications

Would definitely recommend. Was very responsive with communication even though she was overseas and busy with other clients. Always called back and answered messages. Friendly, super helpful and knowledable
