Great Result

I had a commercial property to sell in Mission Beach last year and because I live in Cairns, I really did not know any Real Estate Agents in that area. I ended up ringing Tropical Property and spoke with Susie England. She was extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances that were happening at the time and gave me so much support. I wanted to sell the property "as is" (because I live in Cairns), which sometimes can be quite difficult as most people prefer to purchase a property that is totally ready to use. I listed it with her on 1/5/22 and desperately wanted a signed contract prior to 30/6/22 which she achieved for me at a very good price.
