Excellent Outcome!

Mia and Troy did a fantastic job in the sale of 12 Fitzroy St, Gulgong. We had six offers by the end of the first public showing day, and the property sold for 10% over the asking price. They have unbeatable local market knowledge, were in regular contact and highly professional. Can't believe they sold it so quickly when there was so much real estate "gloom & doom" in the media!
