As a first home buyer Troy did an amazing job, he was by far our favorite realtor to deal with in the Mudgee/Gulgong area. we had the pleasure to look at a few property's with troy and from day one has been great to deal with. We will definitely use troy in the future whether it be to sell or if we require an investment property. all round great bloke.

Troy have made purchasing our first rural home an experience we will never forget . The simple hassle free dealing with a country agent is what made us move to Mudgee . He is not the traditonal Real Estate agent that will hound you everyday in fact he is the opposite he has provided us all the answers at first meet and guided me through out the process .He also think outside the square and make sure that both the seller and me as the buyer gets look after . He is a straight shooter and have never compromised anything just to make a sale .A pleasant to deal with . still believes that a hand shake is all you need to seal a deal . Happy to recommend him anytime to my family and friends

I recently purchased a property through Troy McKellar Real Estate, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, both Troy and Angela were professional, approachable, throughout the entire buying process. Troy’s market knowledge and honest advice gave me real confidence when it came to making key decisions, and Angela’s attention to detail and constant communication made everything run smoothly from start to finish. They were always available to answer questions, kept me well-informed at every stage, and genuinely cared. What I appreciated most was how personal the service felt. It never felt rushed or transactional. Both Troy and Angela went above and beyond to ensure the process was as stress-free as possible, and it made a big difference. Thanks to their guidance and expertise, I’m now settling on a home I truly love. I highly recommend Troy McKellar Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell—they’re a team you can truly trust.
