My experience with Trulet has been fantastic. Stacey’s communication has been clear and concise, and she has also helped me organise a number of outside services eg: bond cleaners, which is greatly appreciated. The fee schedule through Trulet is extremely competitive compared to other agencies, however you also get the added bonus of App based EOFY reporting, digital signing, payment notifications etc. My property was tenanted in just a few days at the high end of my price expectations, with a large number of applications received. I would definitely recommend.
