Glenn had a great way, (unlike others) of just letting us know all the facts straight up.. being first home buyers, we sometimes weren't sure of what questions to ask. Glenn took all the stress away for us. It was greatly appreciated the honesty, integrity and making us feel comfortable. Four days before I left for a seven week European trip I made an offer on a property that was being sold through Tuggerah Realty, Glenn was the salesman at this property. The offer was accepted, which meant that we had two working days to get this organised. Glenn and his wonderful team made it happen, they had the paperwork sorted, communicated with the conveyancer and kept me informed via email of every step along the way. Settlement occurred while I was traveling, then within 4 days of my return, Tuggerah Realty had secured a tenant who was moving into the property. Glenn and his team had made this entire process very painless and easy.
