I was exceptionally happy with Luke through the entire selling process. Luke gave me constant feedback whilst the home was on the market. He had many home opens which always had a good turnout of people seeing the home and that to me shows that he marketed the property very well. He also pushed me to negotiate when offers came in even though I probably would have taken the first offer which showed me he had a great understanding of the market and the value of properties in that suburb. I do not live in Perth because of my work therefore I actually never got to meet Luke face to face and I would call him at all hours and he always took my call or returned it promptly and because of this I am even more impressed with his professionalism.
