Disappointing

Don’t believe the no price ‘contact agent’ sales pitch telling you that will get you the best price. If you go with Turners insist that your property be listed and advertised within an agreed price range! We signed an agreement stating offers between $2.5m and $3.m - yet when prospective buyers called Turners to inquire about the price guide they were told between $2.3m and $2.6m. Deceptive

Disappointing

Poor communication. Had to call them for feedback and to even ask for open homes. Office staff made numerous multiple mistakes - had to go back to them many times to get these corrected….at settlement there were still mistakes on their end which i had already addressed and then had to sort out myself. Was told by a staff member multiple times that I OWE HER for working after hours……despite their massive commission 😂. At the end of the day just disappointed overall
