Delivered on his commitment to get the best possible market price for my house

Once we had decided to downsize and sell our house we had 3 valuations done ,Kim didn't promise us the world with over inflated value just to get the listing , he gave us an estimate $value but told us that the market will determine the actual sale price ,however he asked our dream price and he would work towards that , which in the slowing housing market he achieved a great result for us. Kim and his fantastic team are such a pleasure to deal with they made themself available any time of the day to take my calls and answer my questions , while selling your home can be a stressful time Kim worked through my concerns in a very caring and professional way. Also a special shout out to Dean , Sam and Taylah at Turner Real Estate. So my recommendation to anyone thinking of selling your home don't go past TURNER REAL ESTATE

Disappointing & poor communication

Did not feel like they have been real estate agents for 20+ years. Felt very uncertain & unprofessional at times. No effort was made by Kim to sell our home & very little by Dean. Several contract, advertising & pricing mistakes were made. No apology or acknowledgment of how stressful this is on their sellers/buyers. Only told by admin how “smooth” our process was. Smoothly was the opposite.. Very disappointed by our experience, and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Professional, supportive and highly recommended

Kim was professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He was always open and transparent, kept us well informed, and was a great communicator from start to finish. Kim made the whole process straightforward and was always available to answer any questions we had. We really appreciated his honesty, guidance and professionalism and would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The immediate feedback after viewings and progress updates were great.

They work a little differently to most. The seller is treated as part of the team selling your property. Always friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I say "team" because there are a group of people all actively contributing to the selling your property. Lovely people to work with. Highly recommended.

Great result
