Better than outstanding

Xavier went well beyond what one could reasonably expect to deliver the sale. He operates with integrity,proffessionalism, good humour and kindness. I live a 4hr drive from the property so Xavier was kind enough and good enough to do jobs I would have normally done to save me the drive to town. His attention to detail and advice on what needed to be done to prepare the property for sale and help with sourcing trades and then checking on their work was excellent. Xavier’s fee for selling this property for me was an easy bill to pay. Not only did he earn every cent but he was an extremely nice person to work with.
