What can I say, would have to be one of the easiest and relaxing processes from start to finish. Xavier knew I was quite stressed going through the selling process, however he eliminated any concerns that I had from the moment we had our first meeting. Professional, well presented, polite and extremely open and honest. I was blown away how quickly he had my home under contract and he kept me well informed every step of the way and made it a pleasurable experience. I hope that I won't be selling my new home anytime soon, however if I decide to sell I will not hesitate to ring him immediately. The main thing I was looking for in an agent was an agent that wasn't too pushy & was an honest person. I didn't want someone to come in to my family home & feel intimidated by the agent. I felt my house would sell its self at the right price. Xavier is an honest, friendly (not pushy), thorough & very reliable man. He sold our house 1st open for top dollar...so need need for a pushy sales person, we just needed an agent that knew exactly what to do & do it, and he did it well.
