Very nice person to deal with. We could not do the inspection but Annamaria took the effort to do a wonderful video of the property for us. There was a little hiccup but Annamaria worked through Saturday night and Sunday to make things happen. Excellent communicator and very committed to her work. Will not hesitate to recommend her.
