As a first-time home buyer, there was a lot I didn't know about the process. While my dad did a lot, Annamaria helped me feel at ease all the way throughout in a process that may otherwise have been very daunting. Annamaria was quite fast at responding to queries, which was vital given our purchase around Christmas time with many leaving for holiday. She used your preferred channel (whether SMS, email, etc.) and engaged whomever else needed to be asked for a question she didn't directly know.
