Above and Beyond – An Amazing Experience with Tim

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Tim. From the beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and always made the time to answer my questions, no matter how many times I texted or called. The whole process was so smooth. Tim was always quick to respond, efficient and genuinely helpful, and I always felt like I knew what was happening throughout the purchase. What really stood out to me was the personal effort he made. My mum lives interstate and couldn’t be here to see the property, so Tim even took the time to make a professional video, personally introducing my new purchase to her. It was such a thoughtful touch and something both Mum and I really appreciated. Tim genuinely went above and beyond and made buying my new home a really positive and exciting experience. I would recommend him without hesitation and, if I ever buy or sell again in the future, I would 100% use Tim. Thank you so much, Tim! Sorry that I’m still calling you :)

One of the best real estate agents in Cairns

This only allows me 5 stars but I would give 10 stars. Pauline went out of her way on several occasions to allow us to put goods in the garage that the owners had allowed, prior to the settlement. An excellent communicator. A highly recommended agent. I was not paid to do this review.

Reliable, Thorough and Professional

Zoe was incredibly thorough and always paid close attention to even the smallest details, which gave us great peace of mind. As we live quite far away, we weren’t able to be there in person, but Zoe was always checking on the property frequently and keeping us updated along the way. She was extremely reliable, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth as possible for us.

Exceptional Service, Communication and Care.

Ally was incredible throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail, clear and consistent communication, and strong relationship based approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel incredibly smooth and easy. She was always professional, while also being genuinely caring, considerate and attentive to our individual needs. At every stage, Ally kept us informed, reassured us when needed, and made us feel completely supported and confident in the process. There was never a time when a question or concern went unanswered. The whole process we felt we had all the information needed to make every decision needed. Her ability to combine professionalism with warmth and understanding really stood out to us. We felt very well looked after from beginning to end and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ally to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy and highly dedicated real estate agent. Very good experience selling our property.

Karl gave us very good and detailed advice, did create realistic expectations and was constantly on the ball to review the situation and analyze the market. He was always available for questions and gave us ongoing feedback on the progress of the sale. He has got a very professional approach. You can feel, that he is not a person to squeeze the last cent out of you but a genuine, honest and fair businessman. We would chose him again!!
