Very professional, excellent result
Tim was exceptionally responsive, knowledgeable and had his finger on the pulse about the market. Sold in our unit in just a few days of it going on the market at a great price - couldn't be happier.

Outstanding in all areas
I encountered Tim Lyons by him recognising my name from a mailing list for his newsletter, when I was looking to sell my unit in Cairns One. I have kept some of his newsletters as a rough price guide for the unit prices. When I wanted to sell, Tim did a great job for me. Tim was very straightforward and explained the process of selling. His sliding-scale commission allows room for negotiation. In my case there was no advertising needed and hence no cost. I also later found out that Tim has sold more units in Cairns One than I think all the other Westcourt agents (there were 19 agents that I found online) further reinforcing my choice of agent. Tim was able to get a better price than I expected and the best price I could hope for. He maintained contact with me throughout the process and everything went perfectly. It was 7-8 weeks between first contact and settlement. I would recommend Tim Lyons to anyone selling a property in the Westcourt area or surrounding suburbs.

Everything so smooth & Fantastic
This is my first experience buying a property under limited time. I did not expect much how real estates to work initially & I was very under pressured. I am super lucky to meet Tim initial time when start look for properties. Once he found out what I wants, he always following up & kept update infos. He is very professional & helpful r/e.
