Mark appeared out of the blue about 4 years ago and helped sell our Unit in Cairns. An unlovely unit which he sold fairly promptly and worked the sale for the vendor instead of just 'taking the deal'. Mark, then sold our block in Kuranda, which we decided not to build on due to cost and a few other plans. Mark did not give up and sold it after about 4-5 months.

Mat is: - Positive, remaining positive and upbeat even when we could not accept an offer - Professional - Put the clients needs and wants first - Kept his word. Always does what he says he is going to do , quite rare these days - Dresses in a professional manner - Always respectful - Keeps in touch, keeping us fully informed on what was going on - Honest, no game playing We have been very impressed with this young man, he will go far in the real estate world. We are very glad that Mat worked so hard for us and would not hesitate to recommend both Mat and his company to any of our friends that are thinking of selling. Greatly appreciated all the staffs work during the sale. The marketing team, photographer and the great way the property was shown and keeping us informed with what stage we were up to and providing necessary paperwork to make process run smoothly.

Happy to provide positive feedback about experience with Zoe as our agent in buying a recent rental property. I am generally not overly keen on dealing with agents and am not usually very unimpressed, especially as I have come to expect automated sales pitches and ‘pushiness’. That was not the case here and I am delighted to say that Zoe was really great to deal with. Professional, organised, on time, informed. She helped make the process seamless and was genuine and down to earth. I would seek her out to represent me in a sale situation and hope to deal with her again.
