Don't hesitate. You will not find a better real estate agent. Tim came up with a comprehensive plan for the marketing and selling of my unit. It proceeded exactly to that plan. Tim always had everything in calm control. When we hit a speed bump on the way, he immediately worked to find a way around. Nothing seemed to be a problem. His communication was excellent, and his friendly demeanor always appreciated.

My experience with Karl and his team was quite brief as they sold my property very quickly without going to market. I only dealt with Karl initially as he went on holidays soon after. However he left me in very good hands with the rest of his team namely Andrea and Cathy. Nothing to fault with my experience with the team.
