Karl and his team were great when I bought my property from them. I had so many questions and they'll always help me. Being an interstate buyer, it would have never been possible without their team's support to secure the property. I had multiple conversations with him and his team and they were always available to answer. I had questions about property conditions, getting building and pest inspections done, getting a conveyancer and so many others. Their team was patient and provided all the information. They had already shared with the property reports contacts of any services I may need and when I checked those businesses they were also Top-rated on Google with so many happy customers. They also took care of my requirements and got everything done in time. When the property was settled, I got to know it firstly from Karl through a phone call. A congratulations hamper was delivered to my residence in the next few days. I wasn't expecting that as I am interstate, but this kind gesture will remain in my heart.
