Excellent service, excellent result

From the moment we contacted Brenton to advise us on selling our property, his advice was absolutely on point. Our expectation for the value of the property was well below the final result. The property went live on the market on the Wednesday, open house on Saturday with a multiple offers by Monday and contract signed on Tuesday. The final agreed price was over 7% higher than our highest expectation. Although we were unsure when Brenton initially advised us to stage the vacant property, the final result, once again, confirmed his advise was well worth the relative minor cost of the staging. We would have no hesitation in working with Brenton again and would highly recommend his services.
