Uniland were very responsive and moved very quickly to sell the property. They were able to give good suggestions to improve the marketability of the place and were able to quickly get the suggestions actioned. They had great communication as to the status of the open house inspections and what prospective buyers were communicating. They got a good price without having to go to auction and I was able to sell the property very quickly.
