Rachael knows her market well, she is a great communicator and was always available to answer any questions or solve any problems especially as our property was in a niche market that would only appeal to a certain buyer. Her knowledge of the area is excellent and our sale result was what we were hoping for. Having bought and sold properties over the years it would be fair to say Rachael is the best agent we have ever dealt with. We would highly recommend Rachael.
