Mark has been an excellent agent having open homes every weekend. He was persistent in a sluggish market and worked hard to sell my property. Mark used innovative techniques by using social media campaigns and also took a more local approach by contacting neighbours. He worked with the tenants in the property to have minimal impact on them with maximum market exposure. It was excellent to know there was a fixed price that was reasonable rather than a commission percentage charge that was not.
