Martin was very welcoming and efficient. I made the offer over the weekend and bought the house by the Monday morning. Martin was always available on the phone, answered my questions and was very clear about the price and the expectation of the owners. Has good people skills too. We used Martin to sell our house in cromer, cannot recommend him enough. Martin is very knowledgable of the local area , but most of all his communication with us was fantastic. Sold our house very quickly, and at a great price .
