Outstanding Result

Engaging David as my Realestate Agent to sell my unit in Dee Why was the best decision I have ever made. David had excellent Realestate knowledge, as he understood the local market and exactly what buyers are looking for on the Northern Beaches. David never made any promises or suggested a selling price. He was always cool, calm and collected. There was never any hard sell or pressure on me. David and his team assisted with preparing and styling my unit for inspection and provided comprehensive progress reports after each open inspection. I of course had a selling price in mind and was totally blown away when we reviewed a offer two weeks prior to auction that well exceeded my expectations and which I happily accepted.
