Urban Habitat sold my house really quickly almost before it was listed. They always turned up on time, they maintained clear communication throughout. The photographs were exceptional. Jade and Stacey quickly responded to my calls and texts, listened well, were courteous and respectful. There seemed to be effective communication between them, the settlement agent and myself. Generally, I was grateful for how fast everything was sorted and settled. A wonderful service.

Jade represented my interests and ultimately got me the price I asked for. I would definitely work through her again. A couple of observations: excellent and got the job done.

Both Stacey and Jade impressed me with their expertise and advice. I chose them because they weren’t pushy. Selling my home of over 30 years was traumatic, but Stacey was so supportive and helpful. No question was too trivial, Stacey quickly responded with good advice. I would recommend her to anyone.

Stacey did a first class job in every way start to finish. She’s been so helpful with all my queries and issues. I will be recommending her for anyone thinking off buying or selling and will be using here or first refusal for my future investments. She is also a very nice person. I will be keeping in touch as she has given me lots off new trades to do my projects. Good on you Stacey. Legend

Kamal is fabulous! Kamal listened to our expectations, provided us with a secure plan to match our vision, arranged the marketing and viewings without us present, negotiated in our best interests, and more than fulfilled her promises throughout the sale process. If you want someone that you can throw your keys to knowing that you will be in great hands, Kamal and the entire Urban Habitat team should be your ONLY choice!
