I found Simon very friendly and honest when I inspected the property. As there were other interested parties, he gave me the facts with where things were at and if I wanted to proceed ahead. He was very cooperative when I wanted to re-inspect before making my final decision. He a professional agent and very good at dealing with customers and addressing their needs. He also convinced the vendor when I had to extend the cooling off period as the bank was delaying at my end. I highly recommend Simon and Urban Team for an excellent service.
