Though Simon and his database of clients, the home was put on the market, and before the first open home an offer was received. Liaising with Simon he provided sound advice coming up with a strategy that would ultimately result in selling the home during the first open day later in the week. This resulted in a higher sales price that we were really happy with. I don't believe we would have reached the same sales price without Simon and Urban Land & Housing.

Achieved a great result. I aggressively priced my property knowing that the sale price had previously not been achieved at The Parc, Kellyville.....so Jesse was taking on a tall order. Within 1 week of listing, he held a viewing with approximately 20 potential buyers, identified a serious buyer and accepted their offer. The offer was initially lower however, Jesse held firm and the buyer agreed to the listed price. Post offer, the sale process was complex and Jesse went out of his way to ensure that I was kept abreast of all specifics and re-assured myself and the buyer the complexities of the sale could be achieved.
