I found Simon very friendly and honest when I inspected the property. As there were other interested parties, he gave me the facts with where things were at and if I wanted to proceed ahead. He was very cooperative when I wanted to re-inspect before making my final decision. He a professional agent and very good at dealing with customers and addressing their needs. As we were located north of Newcastle this made things more difficult and Violet had to organise various visits to the house from Curtains to Building Inspectors.
