It was a pleasure dealing with Simon and his team at Urban Land Housing. Simon had a comprehensive marketing campaign for our land subdivision live only 4 days from our initial meeting, which in itself was remarkable. He then sold all the lots in one day at full price and full deposit, and while the market was undoubtedly hot, he still demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and experience in dealing with the prospective purchasers. This was an exceptional result that exceeded our wildest expectations. I would recommend Simon, Nathan and the whole team at ULH highly to anyone selling a single lot/house or full subdivision anywhere in the north west.
