Tori was professional and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my property onto the rental market as quickly as possible. Out of all the agents I contacted, Tori from Urban Real Estate was the only one who proactively reached out and followed up on my enquiry about leasing the property. I really appreciated her responsiveness, communication, and effort throughout the process. I would happily recommend Tori to anyone looking for a professional and reliable property manager.
