Knowledgeable and Sellable

Theesan and his team at Urban Real Estate were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. When we first listed with Theesan he exaplined in detail what was required, the processes that would happen and how it would all go down. He was very transparent and was constantly within contact with us through all steps. From the low to the high offers Theesan ensured we we're made aware of them and helped guide us through the purchase of our first home. He always gave us great advice on what we should do espcially considering the tough climate we were in.

The best real estate agency for the Marsden Park area.

We previously sold a home through Pera and Urban Real Estate, and we did not hesitate to employ their expertise again for this latest sale. The best agent for the Marsden Park area.

This is the second house sale we have successfully done through ULH. After our positive experience with Theesan and his team the first time, we had no hesitation to ask for his help again, and they did not disappoint. Theesan's intimate knowledge of the local community and his awareness of this growing market is superb. This was proven when he identified and introduced the right buyer early and had the house sold within 2 weeks, and at a record price for the area. I cannot recommend Theesan and ULH more highly.

Our experience of buying home in Marsden Park was not be smooth and helpful if we did not have agent like you Pera. Cutomer service Honesty and guidance 5 star for it. Very happy with urban land housing.
