Prue got a terrific result on my 1br house in St Peters ($80,000 more than a very similar 1br house that sold a few months earlier on the same street). Prue is the real deal. She has worked in the inner west market for many years so has a lot of wisdom and knowledge. When I was renting in the late 90s and a landlord sold out from under me, Prue was the selling agent. I always remembered her, because she treated me with respect and courtesy throughout the process. When I needed to sell my own house I went looking for Prue. Prue is an expert, professional, skilled agent. She got fantastic media coverage in addition to the paid marketing, and had squillions of people through the property during the campaign. On the day of the auction there was a huge storm so the auction was moved into the house. The crowd could barely fit, so successful had been her marketing. The sale was because of an acrimonious separation (unfortunately) and Prue managed that difficult situation with sensitivity and care at all times. Prue gets to know vendors and potential buyers, remembers them, builds a real relationship, and always treats everyone with respect and courtesy, just as she did back in the 1990s.
