Every issue including no access to hot water for nearly 2 weeks and even a secure premises was ignored causing me to have to stay home as my dog would have escaped was ignored and even the latest issue of a jammed front door is ignored. They think I owed them something for renting the overpriced granny flat and they made it sound like it was the best granny flat in Australia which it isn't. When you ring them they lie and even simple questions they are unable to answer. I am in the process of taking them to NCAT to retrieve rent I paid when there was no hot water over Xmas .....worst real estate I have ever dealt with and I know they will terminate my lease but at least I will warn other tenants. Extremely unprofessional especially after ruining my Xmas last year. They even told me to lock my dog in a hot room in summer and leave it there when I didn't have a secure gate which was on the lease. They broke many clauses on the lease but didn't care at all. AVOID!!
