About Dee

What is Dee about? Epitomising everything you require in the world of real estate and property management, Dee provides service to her clients that is above and beyond the call of duty. Clearly passionate about people, property, community and everything real estate, Dee just adores this industry! Little insight into Dee’s personal life... Dee was schooled in Tamworth and grew up between her family farm on the Breeza Plains and Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Her real estate passion and interest spans across city living to large scale farm enterprises. Having also extensively travelled, Dee has explored her passion for architecture throughout Europe. Now with her own young family and husband, Dee resides in Killarney Heights. Credentials... Dee provides a huge amount of knowledge to her clients due to her 30 years within the real estate industry. Multi award winning throughout her career her accolades include Property Manager of the Year and Property Management Team of the Year. However, her favourite acknowledgment has been the longevity of her client relationships, some spanning over her 28 year career and leading to long term friendships. Dee has mentored and continues to mentor many of the staff that she has coached and trained, providing huge satisfaction seeing great property managers develop and provide investors with great investment management. Continuously furthering her knowledge across the industry and technological advancements, Dee is very interested in being on the front foot in offering her clients information which may affect their investment. What now? Dee has worked alongside who she considers to be some of the industry leaders, heading up their property management department for 15+ years. Dee has been delighted to have been part of some very large and successful franchise groups over her career. Now having joined forces with her business partner Cyndia Sun, together they are driving their new and fresh business Uther + Sun Property, aiming to put true service and continuity back into real estate and place the client on top! About Cyndia

What is Cyndia about? Valuing the trust which her clients place in her, Cyndia is beyond dedicated and passionate about delivering above and beyond service for her clients. Professionalism, attention to detail and supreme organisation skills provide an absolute breath of fresh air, which is why clients keep following Cyndia and seeking her ability to grow their property portfolios. A little insight into Cyndia’s personal life… Cyndia was born and raised in Liaoning, China and immigrated to Sydney in 2006. After finishing her postgraduate degree in Accounting at Macquarie University, Cyndia has settled on the Lower North Shore where she resides with her husband and their beloved furry baby, Bertie. Cyndia shares a passion for the arts with her husband, a local artist, and enjoys drawing and painting.This creativity extends to her passion for property renovation and styling, enhancing her own investment property as well as her clients' properties for both sale and investment. Cyndia is also deeply passionate about yoga, which helps her maintain a healthy lifestyle while building discipline and consistency. Beyond her creative and fitness pursuits, she loves to travel and explore the world, embracing new cultures and experiences that inspire her both personally and professionally.
