We could not speak more highly of Dee and Cyndia at Uther + Sun Property. They are the best kind of Real Estate Agents.... people oriented. Dee and the team handled the sale of my Mother's townhouse as she was downsizing into a retirement living apartment. She understood the emotional side of this transition and was very considerate of this at all times, working with myself and my siblings on the technical side, while making sure that Mum was comfortable with all elements of the sale. The team took care of preparing the property for sale, including painting, electricians, gardening, cleaning and styling. Taking all these elements off our hands certainly helped as we were busy dealing with the downsizing move and settling into the retirement village. Once the property was ready for sale she arrange for a couple of buyers agents to view the home, they brought through their clients and we had an offer and sale all prior to going to market. As my mother was quoted as saying "It was almost too easy!"
