I cannot say just how much I appreciated the professionalism and care I received when dealing with the Valley Estate team on a change in tenancy with my property. The advice I received on updates and timings were fantastic. Nicole Ansell was great with her advice on these updates and securing trades to do this in a timely and well priced manner. Tom Cross, the leasing consultant, was so thorough in keeping me informed about all of the applications. I was apprehensive about it all at first but I can only say the process was seamless and do recommend Valley Estate as managing agents for your investment property.

Valley was able to take over my property from the builder and complete all necessary paperwork in a very limited time. The team was able to provide a suitable tenant in around 2 weeks, with a good rental income at par with market rates. Any maintenance issues are promptly dealt with and notified via property me app. All the best Sophie and Team. Keep up your good work.
