Sophie is a top tier experienced real estate agent who, for our property, went above and beyond our expectations. She worked hard to secure buyers and she kept us in the loop the whole way with phone calls every other day (since we were interstate). Sophie also followed our directions perfectly, but also gave us many recommendations and let us know the best actions to take as well. This was important given she knows the locality and market much better than us since we reside outside of the state. Additionally, it was easy working with Sophie as she's both cordial and friendly but also very organised and had everything prepared. It was clear from the outset that we were going to get a great result and we certainly did. The property had multiple buyers bidding and we ended up getting a price tens of thousands above what we expected and targeted. This can in large be attributed to the work of Sophie and her team. If you want to sell your property in the areas that Sophie manages, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not use her.
