Thank you Melvin & teams, Really thankful that there is a responsible agency that cares with their clients. Our property is being handled for leasing and now being sold. From leasing time, it's great they do all the work with the insurance since our tenant is not responsible. Because the interest matters, we have to let go of our property. So, we put our trust in Melvin, cos he knows what the current market situation and what is the best for both side sellers & buyers.
